| This is the original screenplay I wrote back in 2000-2003, based on my study of the Beowulf poem at that point. The first rough draft came in at over 200 pages, with the 3rd "final" draft running 156. A further editorial revision cut this to 136, which is the version I registered with the Writers Guild of America West in August of 2003. You can download two versions below. |
